Long Line of Horses North of Val Marie, SK

Waiting for riders? Or curious about cars? 

North of Val Marie, SK:  We pass two farms with large herds of horses. On the first, dozens of horses cluster around a single tree. On the second, more than 25 stand quietly along the fence, as if entertained by passing vehicles on Highway 4.

They shuffle positions and wait. For riders? Release? Or the coming storm?
